i don’t know about everyone but i normally can’t stand the tarty-ness of the tomato sauce in lasagna’s. just always wished it had more ummph -like spice perhaps, so yesterday replaced the usual tomato sauce with sambal tumis (http://www.asianfoodathome.com/products.php?product=Brahim’s-Sambal-Tumis-Sauce) and it worked!
